"Daddy's Balance" was inspired from the young families that Tim has frequently associated with throughout his own children's formative years.  In searching for an active and playful pose that best represents the critical bond between a young child and his father, Tim's "Daddy's Balance" expresses the scene from both participant's views.   The sculpture details include the father having removed his watch while gazing in joy and protection upon this brief moment in time.  The son stares upward, enjoying the playtime, and perhaps thinking of what he is to become.
